Our Services

Comfort Community Care is a Registered Provider of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We specialise in providing care for people with disabilities from the age of 7 years. We have support workers available 24/7 for our participants to allow them to reach their full potential. Above all we are able to deliver all the services to our participants in the comfort of their own homes as well as in the community.

Daily Activities
Assisting with and/or supervising personal tasks of daily life to enable the participant to live as autonomously as possible. These individualised supports can be delivered in a range of environments including but not limited to their own home.
Participate Community
Providing supports for the participant to actively engage within the community, for social and civic activities.
Daily Tasks /Shared Living
Assistance with and /or supervising tasks of daily life in a shared living environment, which is either temporary or ongoing. With the focus on developing the skills of each individual to live as autonomously as possible. This area allows for short term assistance (respite care)
Assist Life stage, transition
This registration group includes short and long term supports that focus on strengthening the participant’s ability to coordinate their supports, and assist them to live at home and participate in their community.
Household tasks
Provide supports for essential tasks the participant are not able to undertake: meal preparation, and delivery, house or yard maintenance, cleaning and linen.
Support Co-ordination
Focuses on addressing barriers and reducing complexity in the support environment, whilst assisting the participant to connect with supports and build capacity and resilience.
Accommodation tenancy Assistance
Supports customers to find affordable, safe and appropriate accommodation, support to guide, prompt, or undertake activities to ensure the participant obtains/retains appropriate accommodation. May include assisting to apply for a rental tenancy or to undertake tenancy obligations.
Assistance to access and maintain employment or higher education
Supports to assist participants with employment when this cannot be met by employment services and/or employers. This includes personal care support, transport, Equipment or aids, funding for supported employment and support to look for a job
Assist with travel/transport
We can provide supports to maximise your community engagement with help of our travel services.
